Final Score:.........Toronto Lynx.........1..........Staten Island Vipers.........2.....

Lynx let this game get away. Vipers leapfrog over the Lynx from 6th to 5th place. It is possible for the Lynx to make the playoffs finishing this low (but unlikely) in the Northeast Division standings as this year the eight playoff spots in the Eastern Conference are shared with the weak Atlantic Division.

Attendance was not announced today. [It was actually 1126]. There was no conflict with the World Cup games as the Quarter-Finals ended yesterday. Peter Pappas (Vipers goalie) drew loud cheers in the introductions as he is from the Toronto area.

Lynx have two new forwards, Brian Jeffrey and Isa Bulku. CoOwner Bruno Hartrell confirmed that Bulka is from London Ontario and is either 18 or 19 years old. He is of Albanian descent and there's been some German teams express some interest in him. Hartrell also said Terry St Louis had been cut as he had not scored in the eight games he played this season.
