Final Score:........North York Talons..........0.........Toronto Supra............1....

Attendance was about 30 which isn't much worse than normal except for the absense of Supra fans. The game was played between sheets of rain. With people in the press box or underneath its shelter and under the roof of the concession stand, nobody needed to get wet. The condensation on the window of the pressbox limited my view for details on the field of play and therefore my commentary. I was grateful to get some details from others in there. There were about twice as many close calls as I've written down here.

This was one of the best efforts of the year for the Talons who've certainly cut down on their goals against with efforts like this. Maybe the wet weather acted as a great equalizer but I'd say the Talons are playing better. Supra needed to win to stay in the race for the Cup championship.
