15 min..CW Zajac takes banana free-kick from 25 yards out but goalie catches it on his left.
22 min..CW Ostaszewski gets around defender on left but shot wide right from 15 yards.
27 min..CW Zajac breaks through and goalie makes point blank save.
33 min..CW Zajac's long chip shot saved by goalie.
34 min..CW Loague hurt in goalmouth scramble when ball cleared into his eye.

36 min..Italia GOAL by Spadafina..Maradona takes freekick from 30 yards on the right side
of field and curves ball to left corner where Spadafina scores on jumping header from 5 yards through hands of jumping goalie.
39 min..CW corner kick cleared by Italia Caporrella's hand ball. He draws penalty shot and a yellow card. He looked injured so maybe that saved him a red card!
40 min..CW Penalty shot....Zajac blasts shot low to centre of net. Goalie crumples and catches it. (Frank from the League says the CWs are only 1/4 for penalty goals).
43 min..Italia Maradona takes corner kick and on scramble ball goes into net but it's
whistled down.
45 min..Italia Antonucci gets good pass but blasts ball over net from 10 yards.

53 min..Italia Maradona crosses, goalie gets hand on it to punch it out.
54 min..Italia Spadafina shoots wide after receiving chipped cross that had gone over Maxwell's head.
55 min..CW Fedoruk's header from 10 yards saved by goalie by tipping it over bar.
56 min..CW sub Loague replaced by Anderson.

61 min..CW GOAL...Anderson scores on jumping header from 10 yards out after 40 yard cross.

65 min..CW Ostaszewski, Italia goalie and Maxwell crunch together as Ostaszewski is ridden out on breakaway by Maxwell. Maxwell runs 15 yards from whistled play and then collapses with leg injury.
There is no action for five mimutes. This gets a travelling official from the Supra angry as
he said this always happens at Italia games and the player should be treated at the side of the field so the game can continue.

75 min..CW Armellini gets shot away that goalie tips, ball hits crossbar and goalie collars rebound.
82 min..Italia Zanini passes cross to Caporrella but shoots wide left.

85 min..Italia Caporrella gets shot from 15 yards but goalie falls for save.
87 min..CW goalie comes out and crunches Italia Zanini jumping for ball.
88 min..Italia Ionadi's 15 yard shot through traffic caught by goalie.
90 min..Italia GOAL..Gioa's freekick from 20 yards bends over wall and dips it into right corner of net.
92 min..Italia Gioa gets long pass on right side for 2-0 break. He crosses to Maxwell who taps ball wide left from 3 yards!
95 min..CW GOAL..Ostaszewski takes pass and steps right, he takes right footed shot from 20 yards and hits shot on bottom of crossbar and into net.
96 min..CW Yellow card to Mazza for pulling down Caporrella using hands.
97 min..Referee ends game. A can smashed into the drinking fountain in front of me. It was thrown by Italia's owner Pasquale Fioccola. He was upset by Italia not being able to hold their lead. They are still unbeaten in both League and Cup play.
Attendance was 250 which was less than other weeks but it was the middle of the Simcoe holiday weekend. I then drove down to North York to catch the last 30 minutes of the Talons vs Astros game. The game had to be rescheduled from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. The choice was seeing the best two cup teams or the worst two in the standings so I chose the Italia game.
