Attendance was 3122 at the Varsity Stadium home opener of the Toronto Lynx in their game against Jacksonville Cyclones at 6:00pm Sunday May 30th. . .

5 minutes...Lynx Nikki Vignjevic scored in his first game back after returning from the Richmond Kickers. He scored from 15 yards on the right of box and curls a low shot into the left corner of net beyond the diving goalie. Kevin DeSerpa had an assist on his short 10 yard pass from right wing.
36 min...Cyclones Jesus Ledesma tucked ball into net on tough angle under sprawling goalie Jim Larkin on short side of net. Luis Nunez had backheeled him a pass.
Ledesma was on his way back to centre but suddenly bolted back to Lynx goal where he squated like a dog and cocked his leg drawing a Yellow card for these antics.
57 min...Cyclones Mangea Cozier gets through ball and tips it over sprawling Larkin from 7 yards. Luis Nunez had assist as his short 10 yard pass set him away.
69 min...Cyclones Mangea Cozier gets away 15 yard shot of right of net that gets through diving Larkin to short side of net.
88 min...Lynx substitute Joe Mattacchione gets away 35 yard shot through crowd of players to left corner of net.
