85 min...GS GOAL McDonald...GS Moore passes to McDonald who gets away 12 yard header from left that drops under bar.
88 min...TC Zajac cuts around defender after run on left but 15 yarder caught by goalie.
90 min...I noticed for the first time that GS Takhar was in the game.
90 min...GS Moore on 1 on 2 rush on right blasts 12 yard shot after he's closed off.
91 min...TC GOAL Tomislav Granic...Granic all alone on through ball 30 yards out walks around goalie 10 yards out and slides ball from right into center of net.
92 min...TC goalie catches 15 yard shot from right by GS forward.

Toronto Croatia leaps over Glen Shields into 2nd place on the last game of the regular season. There is talk even as the game is still going on that Croatia will later 'lose' this game for using an inelible player--Anton Musa--as the proper paperwork was not completed. Finishing 2nd or 3rd won't matter in the Playoff tournament as it is being held in Oshawa.
Maybe I lead a too sheltered (and warm) life up in the press box but coming out at the end of the game to sort out some players that weren't on the program I heard the tail end of a pushing argument between the two teams.
In an obviously chippy game apparently some/all (?)the Toronto Croatia players were using the "N word" against the black players on Glen Shields. Paul Moore had to be restrained by teammates.
The pro Toronto Croatia crowd picked up on it (again I didn't hear it coherently behind the glass of the press box), there were a few Glen Shields fan peacemakers.
(also this CPSL 'crowd' haha was basically 120 fans).
These two teams rematch in a one game playoff semi-final tournament in Oshawa next Friday night so I don't know if this game will pick up where it left off.
