header into Lynx defender and gets ball back, chips ball over fallen defender up
middle and Craveiro chips 10 yard shot over falling Lynx goalie Yuri

44 min...Lynx GOAL David DiPlacido...Lynx Mauricio Vincello races
down left wing and rolls in cross that charging DiPlacido misses but charging
Lynx Robbie Aristodemo hits right goalpost from 12 yards from right, the ball
rebounds back straight out that Lynx Darryl Gomez flubs from 15 yards forward
and DiPlacido blocks and turns and hits 7 yard roller to left corner of net
beyond falling goalie.
60 min...Van GOAL Chris Craveiro...Van Holness
(halftime sub) rescues ball at center line from going out over sideline and gets
long run up right wing holding off Aristodemo. He gets cross in to box where
Craveiro side step touches ball in crowd of defenders a 5 yard roller into
net.
70 min...Van GOAL Dave Morris...Van Craveiro rushes on right wing,
knocks over Lynx Vincello and takes possession of ball on right side of box,
runs in and slides ball left for Morris to tap in from 5 yards to left corner of
net.
Final Score:...Toronto Lynx.....1.....Vancouver

Attendance was announced as 3293 which would be the
largest crowd of the season (if you crossed your eyes you'd about believe that
figure).
These goal descriptions were expanded by replaying them from
the tape I made on my VCR taping Sportsnet at home. The Ultras fan club looked
good on television!
This would be the year the Lynx get relegated if there was such a thing (well is the CUSL a step
backwards?).
