Ottawa Wizards continued their winning way with a 3-1 triumph over Glen Shields Sun Devils at Oz Stadium tonight, to jump to fourth place in the CPSL standings. Two goals by Russell Shaw and one by Abraham Osman, his 11th of the season, were the Wizard scorers. Gus Kouzmanis was the lone Glen Shields marksman. The Wizards improve to a 6-1-2 record for 20 points, while the Sun Devils sit in 9th place with a 3-7-1 record. Toronto Olympians hold a three-point edge at the top of the standings with 25 points following their 1-1 tie with Toronto Croatia tonight, while Toronto Supra (now 21 points) and St. Catharines Roma Wolves (now 22 points) were both bidding for the second position and their game at Brockton Stadium also ended in a 1-1 tie. Brampton Hitmen triumphed over London City with a 3-2 win, the first league win of the season for the Hitmen.
