Wizards Opening Game
Ottawa Wizards, an expansion franchise in the 12 -team Canadian Professional Soccer League (CPSL), opened its season on a winning note with a 4-0 shut-out of Brampton Hitmen here this afternoon.

Ottawa forward Victor Mendes struck for two goals in the first-half and Kwame Telemaque made it 3-0 at the interval. Kevin Nelson added a fourth in the second half.
