She is a survivor of a rare bone cancer and is releasing a CD shortly. Constable John Wilson sang Oh Canada. Bill Burke, a special Olympian too the ceremonial kick off.

The halftime entertainment included a game between Special Olympians. The Kick-To-Win contest nearly had it's first winner of the year as fan Scott McDougall was close to hitting his first attempt from 35 yards into a hole in a board stretched across the goal. Would have been good for $10,000.
