Tonight was Carib Fest Night and the entertainment started with 'Drum Theatre Togetherness' who were six co-ed drummers with one switching to blowing a conch shell. Some nervous teenager guy sang the national anthems. Hugh Graham and Tanya Hakim take the ceremonial kickoff.

1 min...Lynx Dos Santos runs up middle and pushes ball right to Lynx Barker who rolls 25 yard shot to goalie.
3 min...BB Manganello cross from left is cleared by Lynx defender.
6 min...Lynx Barker freekick from 35 yards on right, Lynx Diplacido flicks header on edge of box, Lynx Arango on left puts 7 yard shot into left webbing of net.
9 min...Lynx Vincello 40 yard shot into box but rolls to goalie.
13 min...Lynx Kojic kicks ball to clear at own 30 yard line and pulls right hamstring. He's eventually carried off the field.

33 min...BB Dos Santos 35 yard shot into box, headed by BB player to Lynx goalie from 7 yards but ruled offside.
36 min...Lynx Ashton 40 yard freekick from left drifts over everyone in box, Lynx Barker crosses it back in but cleared by BB John.

49 min...Lynx Ashton keeps pressure on after Lynx cornerkick from right by blasting 25 yard partially cleared ball wide left that goalie plays anyway by pushing over end line.
50 min...Lynx Serioux long throw-in from left is caught by goalie on right of box. Serioux had tripped on edge of the track and landed in the cinders rushing to pick up ball and put it back into play. He needed the trainer's assistance.
53 min...Lynx Reda injured in Lynx box.
54 min...Lynx Arango gets ball 35 yards out and quick kick blocked by BB goalie 7 yard out moving left.
55 min...Lynx sub...Adjetey replaces injured Reda who walks around outside edge of field.
57 min...Lynx goalie picks up bouncer on edge of box as BB and two defenders converge. He has to stop himself from stepping out of the box.
58 min...Lynx goalie charges and catches cross on edge of box again almost stepping out.

91 min...Lynx goalie palms ball over bar as Lynx Serioux high clearance kick pops back towards goal.

Attendance was announced as 2711. This was Carib Fest Night and they had a drum group as entertainment but this night there were a group of Brazilian fans who brought their own drums and chanted throughout the game. Some of the Voyageurs were there too. Looks like we may have a large group at the Canada--Mexico WC qualifier. Big group and better located seats!
The Lynx have won their third game in three tries against division rivals Bulldogs. The Bulldogs remain in third place behind the first place Lynx. The Lynx are tied with Rochester (who lost in a west coast game against Seattle later in the evening) but have played one less game. Boston have played four more games than the Lynx.
