Halftime entertainment included a mini game of boys using the width of the field. Ace (half of the Blue Jays mascot team) and the Lynxster coached the kids while cartoon music played. The funniest part was all the kids ended up about 55 yards wide chasing the ball (they don't play positions at that age, it seems) leaving the mascots all alone.

The first half was very even. Rhinos dominated the first part of the second half and Lynx took over after that.
Both goalies made quite a few game saving saves.
Attendance was announced as 2627 people and the crowd really was quadruple the last few outings.
Canadian National team player Martin Nash gets many of the deadball situations with about a dozen
cornerkicks and freekicks for the Rhinos all put into the Lynx box. Chris Pozniak was a substitute for the Lynx at the 64 minute mark. His Under-20 Canadian team was playing at Birchmount Stadium against the Guatemalan
Under-20s. Canada won that game 1-0.
Rhinos had overtaken the Lynx in the standings over the weekend and this was an important game between the two Eastern Division leaders hoping the Lynx wouldn't go into a slump.
