45 seconds...TO Berdusco GOAL...Berdusco hits 35 yard freekick to top right corner of net beyond leaping goalie. There was no bend at all the ball just went straight in! A David Beckham shot!
2 min...TO Capporella injured in Astros end near sideline.
6 min...Astros Bizera cross from 15 yards on right over heads of two leaping Astros forwards near left post.
9 min...Astros Malychenkov GOAL...Malychenkov pops ball over defender and then takes 20 yard midair shot that finds goalie about 5 yards off his line and ball tucks in just under cross bar.
12 min...TO Belfon 40 yard breakaway but rolls 20 yard point blank shot just wide left of post but cornerkick awarded.
16 min...TO Capporella races along left and rolls cross into box that Astros Rupf runs back and kicks to right for corner.

The halftime draw was held and eight prizes were given out including a trip for two to England.

45 min...TO Matas gets ball through defenders but 12 yard wrong footed shot is blocked by goalie who then picks up rebound.

59 min...TO Gill cornerkick from right is headed from left by TO player and TO Marshall heads over bar from 2 yards.

66 min...TO Eddy Berdusco GOAL...Berdusco blasts 20 yard shot from left into right corner of net after stopping a defender's bicycle kick clearance attempt in the box.

Toronto Olympians now pull even with St Catharines Roma Wolves in the standings and if both teams win their last game of the year, Olympians will be the League champions because of the better goals for/against ratio.

Over 18000 tickets were sold for tonight's game. Tickets were only $1 each but because the prizes were donated by sponsers, that's $18000 (less a few hundred for printing costs) directly to the club.

The bait was an eight prize draw with the best prize being a trip for two to England. So many tickets were sold because the buyers didn't have to be present to claim their prize. There were actually about 100 people in the stands.
