CPSL game between Toronto Croatia and Toronto Olympians played at Centennial Stadium in Etobicoke at 8:00pm. This was considered a League game.

Attendance was about 200 people. This game was originally scheduled as the season opener on May 24th between the two best teams of 1999 but it turned out to be just as important as a mid season clash.
Chris Handsor didn't want to stay on the Olympians bench and was traded to Toronto Croatia for cash earlier this afternoon! Olympians have a new player, Lee Flanagan who was working in the area in a soccer camp and was given his release by Nottingham Forest in England. He is not a Canadian. Toronto Croatia manager Velimir Crljen inserted himself into the game in the second half and took their set pieces.
