CPSL game between Toronto Olympians and Glen Shields Sun Devils played at Birchmount Stadium in Scarborough at 3:00pm. This was considered a League game.

What turned the game tonight was the Sun Devils missed penalty shot in the 16th minute that would have tied the game 1-1. Instead the Olympians scored one minute later to take a commanding 2-0 lead. After the 66th minute, the Sun Devils played with only ten men.
Attendance started at about 50 persons and had increased to 90 by the end of the game. Fans were invited to stay for the Canada U20s vs Guatemala U20s that would start at 6:30pm. (I was off to the Lynx game at Varsity Stadium).
